Dispatch Times, Returns & Refunds:
DISPATCH:
Items will be dispatched within 5 WORKING DAYS (Mon - Fri) of placing your order. If for whatever reason there will be a significant delay in getting your order out to you. I will be sure to contact you via email to make you aware of this.
DELIVERY:
UK orders: Allow 3 - 5 working days
International: Allow 3 - 5 weeks
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
When placing an order that includes a pre-order item, the whole order will not be sent out until the pre-order item comes into stock.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns are NOT ACCEPTED due to the personalisation of the order. If the item(s) do not arrive with you within the specified delivery times after the date of dispatch, a full refund may be issued.
If there is significant damage to your item when it arrives with you. Photographic proof will need to be provided, before any kind of refund is issued. Small/Minor damage (e.g. slight creased corners of prints) does not qualify for any refund.
