1. Processing & Production Times

Standard Orders (Prints, Instax, books, calendars etc):
Because prints are hand signed and personally packaged, orders can take up to 10 working days to process and ship after checkout is completed. On rare occasions, if an item will take significantly longer, I will email you directly with an update.
Custom & New Prints:
Custom orders and brand-new print releases require additional production time and may take significantly longer to process than standard items.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-orders are not readily available to ship at checkout. While I always aim to get them to you in a timely manner, the timeline relies entirely on external printing companies and is out of my direct control. By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that the item will ship only once production is fully completed and the final product is received.

Once your order has been processed and you receive your shipping confirmation email, estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Shipping:
Orders usually take up to 3 days to arrive within the UK. Please note that during busy seasons, these times can significantly change.
International Shipping:
International shipping times vary due to global events and logistics. Generally, estimated international shipping can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending heavily on the destination, time period, and season.

To keep things simple and clear, here is how we handle returns:

Physical Goods: If you receive a physically damaged item, please contact us immediately HERE with photographic evidence, so we can arrange a solution.
Digital Sets & Course Tickets: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and digital nature of these products, all sales for digital sets and course registrations are final and non-refundable.
Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to request a rectification if an item is faulty or not as described.
